I don't trust the factory gauge anymore, what with the temps starting to climb, and am planning to add a "hidden" temp gauge that reads in actual degrees (instead of the range style of: C-Normal-H, as is factory supplied). Refresh my memory (and probably others'), what is the acceptable, or desirable temp ranges, and the too cold and too hot ranges please. Need to be able to monitor things better. Thanks for any input, seems like 195 or so would be preferable, but I can't remember.
