No, it won't. They are different engine families. 302s and 351Ws interchange, although they have different firing orders.------------------

Late 302's use the 351W firing order also. ------------------

I messed this up I have a 302 marine engine and i have a 351W I would like to put the 302 cam in the 351 w thanks Lyle
