first i want to say thanks to all who have been answering my questions trying to get my coupe running good, i cant answer too many but i try if i can. ok first question, i cant get the headlight switch out of the console. there is no button to release or screw or anything. second question, it seems while looking up under the dash i found another what looks like a turn signal flasher. is that what this is? its by the back of the headlight switch. i have one below the steering column but still have no turn signals. any help would be greatly appreciated. oh by the way i have a 1968 coupe,302 w aod

I think I can help you with one question. You probably have a flasher for your 4-ways and another for you turn signals.I was having trouble with my sisters 66 mustangs 4 ways. Most people were not even aware that the car had two flashers.

You should have 2 flashers, one beside (or under your steering column and another up behind your instrument bezel. This is a pain to get to.
