It`s not me that has the 6 cyl but if you want stock horse power ratings here they are:

1964 1/2 - 170 CID = 101 HP

1965 to 1970 - 200 CID = 120HP

1969 to 1973 - 250 CID = 150 HP, This one I am not sure of, but I think it is pretty close. Hope this helps you out.

Those horsepower ratings were just advertised, not real, we all know that Ford didn't include the alternator and some other stuff when measuring horsepower. And 66stang, I've seen sixes with up to 350 horsepower, and I'm sure there are people with more than that.

if you mean Jack or Al, they rarely stop in here since they moderate and what not over at www.fordsix.com

The original hp and torque numbers on a BRAND NEW engine were a bit high by Ford:
for the 200, realistically youre looking at about 90 to maybe 100hp and for torque more around 185ish to 190ish

As to the cam question you emailed me about, the 264h is a good solid cam from what Ive heard and you will notice power from it --- how much I cant really remember, especially since it also depends on the current condition of your engine (recently rebuilt or high miles original)

Ask people at FordSix who have the cam and they can give you a much more accurate estimate of power increases and driveability of the cam etc etc

have a good one
