What kind of gas mileage do you get with your stang? Name your year, engine, and any modifications you have...and of course, how far you get on a gallon of gas. thanks

I have never computed nor do I care what my gas mileage was.

I do know this, the new 331 will get less than my previous engine.

66 289-4v (A Code), 650cfm carb

numbers came out funny the two times i tried to calculate it. i dont know how big my gas tank is, and my speedo/odometer isnt connected.. i never could reach my hand far enough through the speaker slot to get it to twist on.

About a gallon of methanol for each 1/8th mile pass. I love the smell of Alky and rubber burning!

Well....that runs the plan for a stroker With these figures, monthly gas budget would be around 400$ (driving 750 miles/month !!)

Thats only if he has to siphon it out to use it in his lawn mower

I get 18 mpg on the highway with a 347 stroker and 3.89 gears!!!! Maybe 8-9 around town. But who cares about city driving...

Mike
