Will the clutch and brake pedal from a 71 bolt into a68?

Nope, not a chance....

Compatibility between parts like that rest withing the body styles.

65&66
67&68
69&70
71-73

You'll have to find a set of 67 or 68 pedals.

Now if you want to sell those 71 pedals, let me know......
