I am out of town and I don't have my manual with me and I need to adjust my timing. I don't know the firing order. Can anyone help me???------------------

Duh! Its a 1966 with a 289 block thats been bored 60 over...------------------

For a 289 , it's 1 5 4 2 6 3 7 8 .For 351W and 302 HO, it's 1 3 7 2 6 5 4 8. Cylinders are numbered 1-4 on passenger side (from front of car to back), and 5-8 on driver's side (from front of car to back)... Rotation is counterclockwise on the cap. ------------------
