A Ford dealer should have them. If not, David Kee stocks all sorts of parts for them:

Your local parts store should have them. I got a Felpro set from Advance for $5.99. I'll get the part # when I go up to my garage tonight.

Felpro # TS 13405.

You should be able to get that from any parts store, or they can cross it over to their brand.

David Kee has everything you could think of for a toploader, he treated me very well, and shipped parts fast. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Brandon

Dennis,

I changed several speedo gears and just reused the old gasket every time. A little form a gasket will even fix a torn/broken gasket. Don't let the gasket stop you.
