I'm soon going to do the shelby mod to my car. What parts (bushings, insulators, etc.) are neccessary to complete this suspension tear down? If I do the shelby mod (lower the upper control arm one inch) will I still be able to get one inch lowering springs, or will my ball joints bind?

There really isn't anything neccessary needed to do the swap. Granted, if you tear the suspension apart and find worn out parts replace them, but other wise just drill a 17/32 hole in your shock tower and you're good to go (do get them proper template for your car!!!).

On my '66 coupe I have the Shelby drop and 620 springs from Mustangs Plus with no problems. The binding problem only occurs witb more than 1" lowering of the upper control arms.

I have looked all over the internet and found only one site with the template for a '67 mustang. http://www.thecarsource.com/shelby/restore/lowering.html
On this site it gives the specs for LOWERED mustangs only. I still have my original coil springs and they are sagging a little. How much would I need to cut these springs to match up to this relocation setup?

I have both templates cut from stainless...
I have the one for a 65-66 and the one for 69-70. Can any one tell me which one he will need?
