FYI, here is something pretty scary that happened to me early last year. Bought among other things some lower control arms for my 67 from Mustang Unlimited. After a few 1000 miles, one of the pressed-in ball joint (with 2 welding points) separated from the arm , fortunately I was driving slow and pulled over safely. They are the original type, with the ball joint pressed in a small plate itself riveted (3 rivets) to the arm. It was supposed to have 3 weldding points too and only had 2 !! I Dismounted both arms and had them welded all the way around this time This may be worth a quick look !

Never did like their suspension components much, always looked/felt a bit cheesy
