Make a video with only Mustang and Ford car chases in movies and tv. People would line up to buy them, wouldn't they? ------------------

I agree with hellfish on this one, you need some of the other brands to beat to the finish line or blow up in ball of flames.Better yet re-write that street racing movie "fast and the furious" so the hero of the story drives a mustang. Ahh but then that wouldnt be realistic then would it... Its supposed to appeal to the mass market who like to see front wheel drive family cars with big spoilers and graphics... Now im all upset about the youth of today. If theres a teenage mustanger reading, please restore my faith... I know there are some out there  I think as far as movies go we have had a pretty good deal though.

Just to make my self feel beter i bought the old movie(( Hooper)) just for kicks.. Then in the middle of the big jump-crash thing a 69 Mach drives off in a huge hole and catches on fire..... AAAHHHHH.... I need those parts....

What about the original gone in 60 seconds?The whole movie is about the cops chasing that stang from beginning to end.

hey indyphil, ill be the first to restore your faith!! im 17 and i HATE those rice rockets!!! they sound, look, and run like c**p!! and all the parts are cheap. its all about american muscle!!!! i got the mach in the back yard and i cant wait until i finally get it running to show them whos boss. all they will see is a blurred vison of my tailights. i dont understand why those things are so appealing to teens either.and steve, they should definitely make more car chase movies with fords winning!! the only ones i know of (AND LOVE!!) are both gone in 60 secs. and Bullit. those were great. but now i want to see one with a mach 1!! from reading rm302 boss's post, there is such a movie?? called "hooper"????? i want to see that!

You know, I made a video for myself that is just that! But it's not just for 'stangs. Here's the list. (only the car chase parts are included)

The whole tape runs about 2 1/2 hours, and when I show it to someone for the first time, they always ask me,"Why would you want a tape of just that?". They invariably sit and watch the whole thing, though. Go figure. ------------------

That's what I mean. If you can get the releases and market them, they'd sell. I'd buy one! ------------------

The original Gone in 60 seconds is a Mach 1, I believe. If you haven't seen it, go rent it. 45 minute chase.Watching a lot of these cool movies is almost hard being a Mopar fan too. Bullit, Charger trashed. Fast and the Fart pipes, Challenger destroyed, and the list goes on. Also, indyphil, Im not a teenager, but very close. Im only 25 and only own American cars. The newest thing I own is a 89 Bronco II. Dustin C
