I am asking this question for a local friend here looking for a good quality rally pack for his 65(original or repro).Can you recommend a good source that will ship int'l and allow online purchase
(I've read somewhere that only 66 type were made new and that they were OK for 65 since Ford installed 66 model on late 65 , true ?)

I just looked into this a few days ago , from the information that I was given , there is no repop rally pack available as of yet. I wish I would have known a few days ago , I just sold my 6k original 65 rally pack that was in my 65 fastback , perfect condition and all working fine. If you want to check back with me in about one week , I will see if the money has arrived yet , if not if you are still looking for one , mine will be up for sale again. If you can not wait , there seem to be alot of them on ebay , price will depend on condition , 6K or 8k , 65 or 66 model.

Thanks John ! Living here we have to learn to be patient when it comes to getting parts So time is not an issue. Yep I think my friend would be interested so I check with you in a week or so.

From what I have been able to find out ( most of it from M&M people ) the low profile ( 66 model ) rally pack was only used on 65 cars with pony interior and Gt models with gauge dash bezels , so that the rally pack did not hide the gauge cluster on the GT or pony interior cars. Other than that the 65`s all had the black high profile rally packs.
