stock tranny, C-4 3spd auto.

Yesterday my car decided to stay in 1st for a lot longer than usual, and was in 2nd for a lot shorter amount of time... is something wrong with the tranny, or does it just do that sometimes.. ?? It hasnt changed back to normal yet, i've driven it 6 times like this.

sometimes when i reverse, i throw it in nuetral and let it roll back, and before it stops completely i throw it in drive. im going to stop doing that though.

Dub,
Take it easy on your tranny. I would look into replacing your shift modulator and checking the vacum line for leaks. If that doesn't work, check the paper work for the tranny rebuild to see how long it is waranty is good for. I would also check your belts to see if they are glazed and need to be replaced.
