I'm a writer, and I'm looking for details about a Ford promotion from about 1969. Apparently Ford was trying to sell to the Woodstock crowd, and offered some cars in colors like "Flower Power Purple" and "Anti-Establish Mint Green."Does anyone have any details on this? Most important, was this for the Mustang or some other model? Any info much appreciated. Thanks, DM1230

That was for the newly introduced Maverick. The colors were Anti-Establish Mint, Thanks Vermilion, Hulla Blue, and Freudian Gilt. I don't think Flower Power Purple was one, but I'm not sure. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Be sure to remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, and Osborn Reproductions.
