The only thing that is probably salvageable are the backing plates and spindles.The calipers are probably frozen.

After my GT had sat for a number of years (garage kept, not sure I can say the same for those) my calipers were frozen too. With the calipers dis-assembled, I put a zerk fitting in the crossover plumbing bung, capped off the bleeder bung, pumped the sucker full of grease, and the hydraulic pressure of the grease gun freed up the pistons. Honed the bores, replaced the seals, good as new

I should say, I don't know the seller. I'm not trying to sell his items for him by any means. For anyone looking to upgrade to discs, it just looks like a fairly decent price for spindles, plates, and calipers... even if the calipers do wind up being cores
