I took my 66-289 heads to work and drilled my steam holes at 1:00 to match my holes in my 86-302 block. The first hole was kind of scary, you know drilling a hole for the first time in a pair of 550.00 heads that I just bought a few months ago. Well, after the first hole I had more confidence and they came out nice. No screw ups I hope. The holes went right in the water passages. Any way I hope this solves my over heating problems.I`m going to try to get it running this weekend.
