I thought I would let everyone know that the Hedman 88300 pipe design is almost identical to the Hooker 6901 hedders. I did a side by side and the only difference is the Hedmans have oval port flanges and the Hookers have square port flanges. The Hookers have a more restrictive pipe to flange design, but are more tailored for easier bolt installation. I still had to do some grinding and shaping on the weld beads around the Hedman flanges and gaskets to open them up to my 1 3/8" exhaust port width, but that's normal.

After looking inside the collector reducer on the exhaust pipe, I also found a lot of restriction where the muffler shop welded it on. I may have to work on that. Looks like a Flomaster exhaust system may be on my Christmas list.
