I looked up part #'s for flywheel, press. plate and disc, these #'s had one different numeral ,usually the last one. t/o bearing and pilot bushing matched, whats the diff? My scrap yard buddy said it could be just a casting # and the parts could likely swap from the '02 to the cleveland, but whose 'been there' and knows fer sure? Cleveland is a bigger block and I'm skeptical. Steve, Thud, anyone?

6-bolt 302s and 351C have the same bellhousing pattern. You need a 6 bolt 302/351 bellhousing with the "Money clip" method of clutch fork attachment, and a Clev. fork and Z-bar. Any small block toploader will bolt to the engine/bellhousing. If going into a mustang, you need to find a toploader with the mustang shifter location bolt holes.

All the stuff from the 302 will work.If you want it concours correct then no the parts won't be right but any of the small block stuff will work.I believe the 351s may have come with 164 tooth flywheels but some truck 302s did as well so it doesn't really matter wether its a 157 tooth or 164 unless space is a concern then use the smaller flywheel.
