Deadhead,Here's what I found on the net regarding the your axle code: Code: 1
Ratio: 3.00:1 Conventional (Open)
Size: 9-Inch
Tag ID: WCZ-F1, WDW-B, WDW-F, WDY-A1 Not sure what the 9JE is. I think it's the date of when it was built. Hope this helps!
