Well, my dash pad's off and in good shape except for those sagging "eyelids" that seem to be found in all 67/68s (maybe other years?). I'm thinking of inserting strips of spring steel into the foam of the eyelids and was just wondering if anyone else has any tips on this one. I'd LIKE to buy a new one, but I checked on the cost of shipping to the Philippines. Ouch! Thanks, Simon

Well, I WAS thinking about shooting them up with some silicone, but they've gotta look REAL I don't want them bouncing up and down and hitting me in the face ...

Yeah, the front end of Moneymaker does seem to be permanently raised But rather than stuffing my dash pad with tiger bone, oysters, large amounts of parsley (believe me!), and pencil lead, I'm going with the spring steel.
