1st time poster, long time reader. Great stuff! I am tryin to get this 67 Deluxe Coupe back together. I am purchasing a 302 with aluminum GT-40 heads. (Ford Racing Crate 320hp) I have an Edlebrock performer RPM manifold.
1. I can't seem to figure out which Holley Carb to use? Double pumper 4150? Mechanical Secondaries? Vaccum Secondaries. I was told there's a big difference in the 600 and 650 cfm. Any opinions?
2. I am also looking for advise on an AOD or a beefed up C-4 for the auto trans. There's about a 400.00 diff in price for the beefy AOD vs beefy C-4. I know the gas milage is huge diff but not sure I am gonna drive it on day trips and make it worth it. (also i think theres some mechaical kickdown needed to be rigged for the aod?)

600 with vac secondaries and AOD. With the AOD you can put some low gears in the rear. 4.10's with AOD turn less RPM's than 2.75's with C4. 2000-2400 stall torque converter is fun too.
