Is anyone running a Victor jr intake on a 351w? And if so can it be done in a 67 with a turn signal hood? Oh yeah, with a Holley 750 carb, and any air cleaner that might fit! Thanks in advance, Paul

Heighth of a Victor Jr. is 5.75"

Performer RPM Air-Gap is 5.75 "

And the Performer RPM is 4.80"

Dunno if this is right, someone plz double-check on this.

Edit: I just realized that the Victor Jr. and Air-Gap are the same heighth. Do me a favor Paul, and see if it fits

The 67 and 68 are almost identical and my 351W with the Vic Jr will NOT fit under my 68 stock hood. I cannot find a drop base air cleaner that will work with any larger filter than about 1.5 inches (lawnmowers breathe more than that). Not enough air for my 351 converted into a 408W.

Any ideas on what to do (except change my intake) are anxiously awaited.

I'm running the Performer RPM with no spacer and a hipo type air cleaner, the hood only clears by about a quarter inch, maybe with a drop base air cleaner but it would still be a tight fit.

I've got my car in the shop right now being painted. Engine is out, Ive got a nice pretty crate motor sitting in the Garage waiting for the car. The Victor jr is already in place, and the engine ready to drop in. I guess We will find out soon. Sounds like I will be replacing the Victor Jr before I put the hood on!

Anyone got any advice here!

If the Performer RPM Air-Gap is the same hight as the Victor JR. is anyone running the AirGap under a 67 stock hood?
