Both door windows on my car are hitting about the same place on the rear 1/4 window. I can't seem to locate an adjustment for this. The vent windows appear to be aligned properly, however I have nothing to guide me on this. So any thought would be appreciated.

Here is a picture of the drivers side.

There are guides (tracks) in the door Jeremy. The regulator bolts to them, and the glass frame bolts to the regulator. Once you pull off the interior door panel you will be able to see most of the hardware.

Alex, I guess I should have said that I am reinstalling the windows. I had everything out of the door and now have it all back in. I just can't seem to get the window adjusted right.
