DHearn, Terri and I have met Rick on several occassions, either at car shows or at the Ocala NPD warehouse. You couldn't ask to meet a better person. Rick goes out of his way to take care of customers and keep us all informed on the latest part supplier issues. That is part of the reason NPD gets our business. Another reason is do to the fact that NPD also supports this Web Site! Hey I have no idea of who Rick is, but NPD has gotten most of my cash. They have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. They are also only 10 minutes from my home so I save on shipping BTW, who is Rick?

I won't normally reply to a post this late but For NPD I will. Those guys are %&*#%%AWESOME!!!!! Everytime, and I mean everytime I have ordered from them, they have come through for me. I've been doing my car for a long time and I've used other vendors but for price, quality and service, NPD is the best. If there is a dent in their armor it might be the packing department. My boxes usually get to me on time but for some reason, they sometimes arrive like they've been to Beirut and back. Jeff in the returns dept really came through for me on a power control valve. I rate them a 9 1/2 on a scale of 10. Tony C*------------------ 65 Convertible, Vintage Burgandy/Standard Black Interior, 289, 4spd M&M Member#450 It ain't done yet, but it'll be done right!!
