A list 1850 is a 600 cfm universal carb. 90% of all 289-302 with aftermarket carbs are running this carb.

600 should be pretty good on a mild 351W. I run a 625 Carter on my '70 351W, performs very nicely.

In the new kit, there is a pump discharge check ball and a pump discharge ballweight. Neither of these came out of the carburateur when we took it apart. Are these necessary, what do they do, and where could I get them if I need them?
