Wanted you all to know, that Ricks, sent me a very nice (long) letter regarding my hood hinge "screw up".
He explained what happened and how to rectify it.....
Wanted you all to know that I did get great service on my order. And the "Hinge" problem, was explained in detail..

Yes, he gave me a heads up on ordering a custom cv top....that made it easier for them and easier for me.

They'er good people who want to stay good!
Service to the Mustang Community is their paycheck and they value the Customer..
besides what other Mustng and Ford site could you get a Rep to give an explantion of a parts problem as on one of the other threads in the Forum.

Rick took a lot of time to e mail me personally (TWICE) !!!!
I'm an NPD guy now...and wanted to clear this up with you all.....
Would you believe Vic EDELBROCK Jr actually e mailed me personally, when I complained about their lousy "TECH" support page, 4 years ago...Honest..
He had a VIP mailing address...i think it was E@AOL>COM...
