I am puting 302 heads (E7) on a 76' 351 and i was wondering if there was any thing that i will have to do to make them work besides driling out the headbolt holes to 1/2 inch.

Welcome to M&M ! You will need special length push rods and make a decision on rocker arms as the E7 heads have no provisions for adjustments.
