I found a place that sells a reproduction grille for my Mach hood scoop, Virginia Classic, and ordered one. It's part number C9ZZ-16A624-C and VC has it under ER-621 for $32.95.

It looks pretty accurate, but I am disappointed by the condition of it. It's in a sealed heavyweight bag, but the finish is covered with small scratches and one end has been bent. It's not worth the hassle to return, so I'll just straighten it and dust it with some paint.

Steve,
Did that price include the black fiber backing which prevented air from entering the scoop?

Call them and ask for Becky. She's great. They will make it good and adjust the postage. They're fair. You can wait a week or so. to get a good one. There isn't a parts shipperout ther that hasn't had damaged goods returns.

No, just the grille. I bought the gasket separately for $9.95

I just tried them and their phone is busy like it always is when I try to call them. I had to fax my order in to get the parts. I only buy from them if they have something nobody else does.

It's no big deal, I've already straightened the end without kinking it, that all I cared about. I'll just scuff it and give it a quick dusting of paint; that will take care of the scratches.
