Does anybody know what the cam shaft specs are for this engine? I was on fomoco.com and they show that the 289 A and C along with the 302 J and F-code engines use the same cam.

Thanks,

I wanted to upgrade my coupe and just wanted to make sure that I picked out something better.

Do you think I can use this cam with a stock 71 302 with the 71 heads or a pair of 70 351W heads? I re-did the bottom end but kept the stock pistons as It didn't need a bore.

The stock 71 302 has 9 to 1 and I think if I use the 351W heads it should be about 9.3 to 1.
