Ok guys dumb question here.. but my chiltons doesnt show the wiring for the alternator. I wanna double check the way to hook it up just to be double sure. Have an electrical problem and I am trying to get to the bottom of this by double checking everything. So I have three wires and this is what I came up with..

Black with yellow strip goes to BAT

Black w/red strip goes to GRD

White goes to FLD

Is this correct??? thanks alot!

You are correct. Sometimes the FLD wire is orange, too.
