Are 351M 2v heads interchangable with the Cleveland? If so, is it worth it?

I had problems with a set of 2V 351M heads last summer. The intake ports didn't quite line up with a 2V Cleveland intake. I ended up going to 4V Cleveland open chambers. Those heads are smogger heads anyway, and will give you a really low C/R,like 8.7 to 1. It's not worth the work IMHO. I do have 2 sets of D5AE's,want them?

the m heads are basically the same as normal 2 bbl heads except the smog bosses are drilled out, the 2bbl heads have the big combustion chamber like 76cc i think though

They are pretty close to the same head. And no, I wouldnt use them. The exhuast ports on them are even worse than the ports on a regular 2v C head. Since the smog bosses are drilled out, the factory put alot of extra material in the port to strengthen the head. But they put all the extra materail around the guide boss.

I have a question on 302 heads! Is there any gain from the older 4v heads than the 2v's I
noticed that the set of 69 4v's I have laying on the floor under my bench uses larger spark plugs and my have smaller chambers?

I thought that, too, until Mike showed me the difference.
