Do you have access to the donor car, there will be alot of small parts you'll want to swap over. You'll have the type of fuel injection that has the throttle body on the driver's side. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 M code 351C 4V/FMX/3.25 open '72 Mustang Sprint Coupe 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Lok '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip '97 Probe GTS 2.5L DOHC Ford. Here are a couple links. One is a swap into an older pickup, but it should give you some idea what is involved.http://www.windsor-fox.com/ http://www.ford-trucks.com/articles/5liter.html

Mike, I wouldn't junk the car until you are finished with the conversion. You'll need all the sensors, harnesses, CPU, and fuel supply line and return line, along with the electric fuel pump. You'll also want all the clips and retainers for the harnesses and lines. I think it would be a lot easier if you could swap all the components directly instead of fishing them out of boxes. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 M code 351C 4V/FMX/3.25 open '72 Mustang Sprint Coupe 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Lok '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip '97 Probe GTS 2.5L DOHC Ford.
