I got my springs tonight for the 65 Fastback. They seem to fit on the chassis alright BUT, when I lay side by side with the old Metal ones, they are a lot flatter. like 5" less curve in them. That is with both springs off the car. Do the metal ones flatten out that much more? or is the car going to be really low when I install these?------------------

I bet you the reason you haven't got an answer yet is 'cos you addressed this specifically to Alex, who has slipped off the face of the planet again. Now that I've hauled it up to the top again, people will start reading it - guaranteed!
