I have an iffy call on my spindles I pulled, There are slight imperfections (pitting) on the bearing race. By slight I mean it is very small but if you drag your fingernail across the pit it will catch. Worry about it take the spindles into a machine shop?

I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as the bearings fit snugly. The race is part of the bearing not the spindle.
