Topic: 8" VS 8.8" rear

Eddie,The 8.8 is a lot stronger than the old 8". SteveW

id have to agree the 8" is strong but no match for the 8.8" rear ------------------ Josh 67 coupe with 351c 87 bronco II on 33's(now has blown motor:( 30 model A currently rustbucket 93LX 2.3 TURBO SLEEPER

never had a problem with either one eddie.i guess if you are turning crazy horse power then you don't want either, go to a 9".. but mild horse power 350hp to 450hp either rear will do fine.....------------------ ponycar66,have you flown in a ford latley??????? 66-COUPE W/351SVO glad i had a v-8 !!!!!! 84.5 gt350-61 falcon 302 have a great day!!!!!!!!
