I'm replacing a couple of leaves in my leaf springs (well, I started out just replacing the bushings!), and I noticed that on one side of the car, the springs are held together by three of those steel band things, and on the other side there's just ONE. How many should there be? Four looks like a good number to me.
Thanks!

It varies by spring, but 3 or 4 sounds right.
