Guys IO rec'ved this question from my 68 site..having never had to remove or replace the window or regulators myselft can ya'll give him any advice...I'll direct him to this post..thanks Sam

Could you tell me how I could get some service information on reinstalling qtr windows in a 68 mustang notchback? A friend has one apart and can't get it back together. He has a Body Shop with some very capable men but they can't seem to get the regulators to line up?

A set of Jim Osborne Shop Manuals would be the ticket to help resolve this problem. Just a thought.

Dave I have the 68 Oborns but didn't see an exploded view,,of course I'm suffering Jet Lag really bad today also.

page 17-64 in The 68 Ford shop manual gives a walk through without a pic. The 65 shop manual has a quarter window illustrated breakdown on page 17-43 and on page 17-37 of the 66 shop manual.They are the same. The door glass changed in 67-68. It's really a fairly easy install but could be a problem if someone else took it apart.
