I am in the process of putting different pedals in my Mustang, someone helping me, broke the cotter pins at both ends to where there is just enough metal not to allow the pushrod for the brakes to slide off. I can get in the area with anything agressive enough looking for ideas. Thanks

If nothing else works heat up the area around the pin with a soldering iron and see if that doeasn't make it slide out a little easier.

This won't help you get the pin out, but when you reassemble them there are special clips that are used. Makes assembly go alot easier.Mike
