Did I spell it right? Anyway, it's about time I rebuild my 9" and I remember reading an article on them in M.&Fords.

It costs pretty much what a Detroit Locker costs yet still uses the factory case... i'd spend the money on a "proper" Detroit Locker There are other alternatives... check Circle Track and Stock Car Racing magazines ... Gold Trac and Torsen etc...

the powertrax is quieter than the detroit locker and unless you are doing some serious racing the power trax will work just fine.

ive got a powertrax in mine and it works great but is loud if u decide to get on it in a turn it sounds like there is something rolling around in ur trunkhitting the sides------------------ Josh 67 coupe with 351c 87 bronco II on 33's(now has blown motor:( 30 model A currently rustbucket

Powertrax used to sell well when they had a price advantage over the detroit units but no longer. Buy a Detroit soft-locker, install and forget.------------------ Jay Kilroy 68' Fastback GT 390 "No such thing as a cam thats too big"
