You bet! Here's what I can tell you:

From VIN, 0 = '70, F = Dearborn built, 04 = Grande, H = 351 2V 250hp, 129356 = the 29,356th one built in Dearborn.

65E = Grande,
1 = Calypso coral,
280 = {?},
AA = black houndstooth cloth and vinyl interior,
PB, GRWHITE, SC, BTRAC = {?}.

Hopefully others can fill in the blanks.

70Grande,
PB more than likey is Power Brakes and the GRWHITE is more than likey Grande White Landua Vinyl Top. I'm not 100% sure on this.
A "BUCK TAG" was attached to the chasis or firewall of a car rolling down the production line so that the folks working the line would know what all was ordered for the particular Mustang. Don't loose the Buck Tag. They are hard to find still with the Mustang. A lot of folks have removed them over the years. Hope this helps.

Check out my Buck tag decoder at this site

As for the GRWHITE I have no other explanation than given by others here. Wait for Kevin Martis new book planned for summer 2001 or ask him about a report from the FORD files on your car (for a fee) at www.martiauto.com

==================
From the top:

65E = "Grande" bodystyle
1 = "Calypso Coral" exterior
280 = Buck rotation # (in-plant ID)
AA = Charcoal Black vinyl w/ "houndstooth"-pattern cloth inserts
PB = Power Disc Brakes
GRWHITE = Landau vinyl top, in White
SC = Safety/Convenience Group
BTRAC = Racing mirrors, both

Hope this helps.

I have the "Mustang secret decoder book" The viny roofs are identified as VYN1=Black Levant Vinyl Roof VYN2= White Levant Vinyl Roof. VYNT = White Levant Landau Vinyl Roof. In very small type they say that not ALL codes listed were on Dearborn build tags. Best bet for the total pic is Kevin Marti
