OK, can someone tell me the rout the gas gague wiring takes after it leaves the gas tank? My 66 coupe wiring goes through a hole in the right side of the trunk floor then through space to the wiring loom in the upper left front corner of the trunk. it's noot long enough to be mounted out of the way so it's just hanging there. Thx

Thats the right path, but it sounds like your line is not long enough for some reason.. it should follow right above the tank and over to the left quarter panel where it goes over the wheel hump, behind whatever you call where the left rear window crank is, along the running board to the kick panel where that harness is joined with the main harness. They are not that cheap to replace so unless your tail lights are having problems, or the harness is in really poor condition, i'd recommend just splicing in some addition length for under the car.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'll add some extra length to it and get it out of the way.
