HHuggins Gearhead Posts: 103 From: Laguna Niguel, CA Registered: Feb 2001	posted 04-04-2001 12:48 PM Since I live in California, I'm required to have a plate in front and back. It seems that I'm missing some hardware for the front. How does the plate normally hang? I see what looks like bolts to hold the plate in place, but they are facing down. Are there supposed to be L brackets or something there? HH IP: Logged

Ford part# C9ZZ-17A385-B for a 69, but since the 69 and 70 use the same bumper the bracket should be the same.
