it's a C (sixties) 5(65) AE is for Car I think, T is for truck. So you have a 65 mustang or maveric or something intake. Is it a four barrel? Wanna sell it?

The C5AE-9425-M is a '65 289 4V/Hi-Po manifold. For a '68 J code, you're looking for C8ZE-9425-A. ------------------ '72 Mustang Sprint Coupe 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Loc '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip '97 Probe GTS 2.5L Disposable Commuter "Live Right! Keep your driveway all Ford!"

I thought it was C8ZE, any idea what the C5AE-9425-M is worth? It is a 4-barrle intake but its on an engine some guy is trying to sell. He says that it is a 68 302 4V engine. It would be nice to have for my coupe if and when I decide to put the original type engine back in. quote: Originally posted by SteveLaRiviere: The C5AE-9425-M is a '65 289 4V/Hi-Po manifold. Its supposed to be a 302 4V out of a 68 Mustang, but it could also be a 289.

That is from a '65 352, the 4H14 means it was cast August 14, '64. ------------------ '72 Mustang Sprint Coupe 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Loc '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip '97 Probe GTS 2.5L Disposable Commuter "Live Right! Keep your driveway all Ford!"

Apparently the guy wants a lot of money to ship it but if you live around Seymour, IN you could get it cheap. The heads supposedly have 302 4V 7H26 cast under the valve covers. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=568841085&r=0&t=0&showTutorial=0&ed=984939000&indexURL=0&rd=1

Someone withdrew a bid for $300 because he said the seller wanted $600 to ship it. Either the shipping is way over priced or the engine would have to be airlifted to the bidder.

The ads get dropped after 60 days, maybe that's what happened? ------------------ '72 Mustang Sprint Coupe 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Loc '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip '97 Probe GTS 2.5L Disposable Commuter "Live Right! Keep your driveway all Ford!"

$100 is a fair price to pay for a 65-68 4V cast iron intake. Anything above that is too much because of the shipping.
