It has run a best of 10.27 @ 130 w/ a 1.46 60' on the motor and 9.68 @ 140 w/ a 1.46 60' on a plate with a 73 n2o jet. This car has the potential to run deep in the nines with good horsepower, it last weighed in at 3520 pounds with me (260 pounds) and two nitrous bottles (50 lbs) in it at Sacramento Raceway.
Trunk mounted Optima battery, NHRA legal kill switch at rear of car, ARC overhead control panel, MSD 7-AL-2 ignition with 2-step, electric radiator fan and Dedenbear electric water pump. All steel body except hood {factory fiberglass GT hood with a BIG 12" tall A&A fiberglass aeroscoop}. Car was painted in 1986 and the paint is in good condition. Lexan windows all around.
466 ci Engine, consisting of: '71 Ford 460 block, line honed, true decked, bored and torque plate honed .030" over, w/ARP head studs, stock crank w/Eagle H-Beam rods, TRW L-2443NF +.030" domed pistons (13 to 1 comp w 72cc head) Speed-Pro Moly rings, Clevite 77 main and rod bearings, Fel-Pro High Performance gaskets throughout. Custom ground solid lifter cam 264/268 @ .050 .650"/.680" lift @ 112. Ported Trick Flow "Street" Aluminum CJ heads w/Stainless Steel 2.25" int, 1.75" exh valves, flow 330 int & 235 exh @ .700" lift @ 28". Manley 7/16" pushrods and Crane "Gold" 1.7 ratio aluminum rockers. Edelbrock Victor 460, Holley 1050 Dominator, modified Hooker 2 1/8" x 4" headers w/4" Flowmaster exhaust. Whole exhaust system is high heat coated. A-1 SFI certified steel flexplate.
Custom aluminum dash black anodized, aluminum door panels powder coated black wrinkle finish, interior is carpeted in black and very nice 2 plastic bucket seats w/(you guessed it) black covers, Autometer 5" memory tach and (5) Autometer 2 5/8" liquid filled gauges in dash.
