The 'Tachman'

Providing Factory Trained service since 1979, Gary Herbert at
H&H Auto Electrical specializes in restoring Ford tachometers
and instruments in addition to gauges from GM, Mopar, and AMC.

Here's are some samples of his work:

Instrument cluster from a '69 Shelby

'69-'70 Mustang speedometer converted to 140 mph

'67-'68 Mustang speedometer converted to 140 mph

'67-'68 Mustang tach converted to 8000 rpm with red line

In addition to repairing the electronics and mechanicals of your gauges, Gary can also
refinish your gauge faces using the correct technique of silkscreening, just like Ford made them,
assuring you of authentic, correct appearing and functioning gauges. Your gauges are balanced
and calibrated, and will perform as good as new, or in most cases, most likely even better.

...and here's my favorite examples of his work, the tach and clock from MY '70 Mach 1!
Gary quickly repaired my circuit board, balanced and calibrated my tach on his custom built calibration
machine, {above} and added a quartz movement to my poor deceased clock. {below}

In talking to Gary, I was so impressed with his knowledge, attitude, and generousity with his technical
advice that I approached him with the idea of becoming a Mustangsandmore.com sponsor, and he graciously agreed.
Anyone that knows how I run our web site knows that I only agree to sponsorship from companies I know and trust because
I feel our members rely on us to only recommend trustworthy people. In fact, I turn down more offers to sponsor us
than I accept, by far. Welcome to Mustangsandmore.com, Gary, and thank you for your support! ~ SteveLaRiviere, webmaster.
