My 1970 Mach 1

The car got a color tinted coat of epoxy primer on January 27, 2006 then was allowed to cure for about four weeks.

The car was then wet sanded on 2/24/06 and primed again. All the body parts were painted individually, hood, doors, fenders,
then the car was assembled and panels were lined up prior to final paint. The entire car was disassembled and reassembled
a total of three times before it was finally painted. The back of the front fenders had the correct 3M 8864 body schutz applied
in the exact areas as originals, using diagrams and measurements taken by me when I stripped the original right fender and
verified by a Osborn Weld/Sealant assembly manuals. I even bought the correct gun for the body schutz and gave the painter the
correct texture we wanted {halfway between orange peel and cottage cheese} I wanted it to be as right as I could get it.
